Common patient paths
- If you are new to the clinic, start with new patients and prepare records, medication details, and insurance information.
- If the office requested paperwork, use patient forms before the appointment when possible.
- If you need selected non-urgent account or communication access, use the patient portal.
- If coverage, referrals, copays, deductibles, or network status matter, review insurance information and verify details before the visit.
