Accessibility Statement

We want our public website information to be clear, readable, keyboard accessible, and easy to use on mobile and desktop devices.

Accessibility goal

We design the website to support common accessibility needs, including readable text, visible focus states, keyboard navigation, semantic headings, alt text for meaningful images, and responsive layouts.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical standard for the public website. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to review and improve the site over time. Because content, browsers, and assistive technologies change, we do not warrant that every page is fully conformant at all times, but we make reasonable efforts to identify and correct accessibility barriers when they are reported.

Third-party content and tools

Some features rely on third-party services such as embedded maps, online booking, the patient portal, and review platforms. Those services are controlled by their own providers, and their accessibility is outside our direct control. If a third-party tool is difficult to use, contact us and we can provide the same information or assistance through another channel.
